easy dinner you CAN make

My Pinterest is literally my life goals all summed up from homes to food to style.  I'm not kidding. I have habit of pinning a ton of things I want to do, and never doing them.  Whoops.  With trying to eat better, more wholesome foods, I had been pinning a lot of recipes I wanted to try.  I got a little inspired with other people cooking so I decided why the heck not?! Keep scrolling for the recipes! What did I make? pizza w/ sweet potato fries & a caesar salad I really wanted to try making cauliflower, but I already used the cauliflower the night before...still going to try in the future, so I'll keep you posted on that! P I Z Z A   R E C I P E Since I couldn't make the caulilflower crust, I used store bought premade crusts. my book wishlist

My list of "coffee table books" I absolutely love Anthropologie.  Walking around in one of their stores gives me so many goals on what I want my future/dream home to be like.  Every single one of the items in the store,  I want. Every little item from a ring to a piece of furniture finds a little place in my heart. You can find such interesting I want to say objects, but that's definitely not the right word.  With all of the little "things" that I love in their store, one of my favorites are their seleciton of books. Anyway,  I really have been interested in a ton of Anthro's books.  You should totally look into each and everyone, their descriptions are included in the link. DALLAS TRIP pt. 1 (restaurants)

As some of you guys already know I took a short trip to Dallas to visit some family.  I had never been to Dallas before, but I can assure you that you want to go!  We flew to Dallas (after a six hour delay), arrived Friday at 4 in the morning, and we left Sunday afternoon.  I have a lot to write about the trip so I am dividing it into three parts (restaurants, places to go, and things to do/itinerary).  Keep looking out for those posts! Announcement: If you missed my post with eight of my favorite fall looks, click here.  It's almost 60 degrees today!  Fall is almost here!  In the post you can find my favorite outfits for transitioning from summer to fall. Where we ate One of the biggest things when I visit a new place like a city or state, is making sure the food is good, I'm sure you can agree with me on that!  Luckily, we had my brother who lives there, almost as a tour guide!  Every food spot we hit was good, so all these recommen...

FuNKy & FResH SmOoTHiE

So good. I'm sharing my funky & fresh smoothie today!!  This post I have had coming for what feels like a really long time, but I think it has been only a week.  But, hey, I just get EXCITED to share stuff!! I wanted to make a smoothie like this, you know one that mixed two different flavors, and still looked good for some time after seeing so many of @earthyandy's posts.  I'd say that I was successful.  It was fun to have the variety of flavors and easy to make, and DELICIOUS!! Prepare for a bunch of photos...they just all look so good!  Keep scrolling for the recipe.  Also, if you want to shop the outfit all links are at the bottom of my page.  R E C I P E      - PINK 5 frozen strawberries 5 frozen pineapples (I added 6 frozen raspberries, but I wouldn't again) 1/2 banana tbs water 1/2 greek yogurt little bit of ice      - PURPLE 1/2 banana handful of...

my favorite summer/fall looks

You guys! I have been really wanting to share more style content, but I have not been shopping a lot lately so I didn't have much that I could link where to get it!  Struggles, because all the stuff I've been wearing has been super cute! I love sharing my favorite clothing finds.  It means I either have the item and love it.  Or I really want the item and can't get it at this time!  But it is on my wishlist, so feel free to send me a present! This topic of my favorite finds: clothes you can wear to easily transition from summer vibes to getting to the cozy and chilly days of fall Dress (#1 ):  Okay, this is one of my favorites finds I have found in a while!  I'm not always into a ton of floral prints, but I love this one!  It's so bright for the end of summer, but the colors are just right for fall.  I also really, and I mean really like the style of this dress.  It's simple and I love the subtle ruffle at the bottom.  This i...

5 reasons you should eat oatmeal & my recipe

I, like every other person "try to eat better" and keep a clean, well balanced diet.  Eating clean has been a whole lot easier because I am always filled and I'm getting all of the nutrients I need to power through the day.  I also just feel good.  I start my day off right, which sets the mood for the rest of the day!! Why eating healthy, hardy meals helps you? You're not constantly hungry.  Trust me.  We all know when we're hungry we quickly revert to one cookie or chip, then another, then maybe just one more.  Then you feel guilty.  Since eating oatmeal I have noticed I'm not trying to have a snack in between meals.  I have been getting filled! I recently found that one of the best, most filling foods I eat is oatmeal ! Believe me, I am a huge person on texture.   And one of the foods I always had an issue with I was oatmeal.  Since eating oatmeal with some fresh fruit, it's much better.  It's like a juicy, fresh flavorful ...

really yummy smoothie

I am a BIG FRUIT LOVER.  I'll admit it.  But my two favorite fruits are strawberries and pineapple, which are the main flavor aside from the banana in this smoothie.  I realized I end up making either this smoothie or something like it almost three, maybe four times a week, that's a lot! Keep scrolling for the super easy recipe. Ok, I lied.  I think fresh, juicy pineapple pieces are the absolute best!!  For a good amount of time I had been looking for the perfect, ripe pieces but it took a whole lot of searching.  After a long time, I found that Safeway had the best pineapple.  Every once in a while I might get a "dud" package with less ripe pieces.  But, I mean, look at this picture!! Do you see the F R E S H pineapple?  Heck yeah baby!!   🙌   I can't always eat Greek yogurt, because it's either too bitter or too thick (I know some of you can relate, it's a texture thing!).  To let you know this post is not spon...
