Why eating healthy, hardy meals helps you? You're not constantly hungry.  Trust me.  We all know when we're hungry we quickly revert to one cookie or chip, then another, then maybe just one more.  Then you feel guilty.  Since eating oatmeal I have noticed I'm not trying to have a snack in between meals.  I have been getting filled! I recently found that one of the best, most filling foods I eat is oatmeal ! Believe me, I am a huge person on texture.   And one of the foods I always had an issue with I was oatmeal.  Since eating oatmeal with some fresh fruit, it's much better.  It's like a juicy, fresh flavorful ...
